    Senior Risk Manager
    Permanent contract (M/F)

    We are looking for a competent and proactive individual with an appetite to join a dynamic and growing company.
     

    Tasks/missions​

      • Take part in the monitoring and the updating of risk mapping and cartography (including the follow-up of defined action plans)
      • Conduct second level controls to verify the effectiveness of the risk management system
      • Carry out due diligence and risk assessments (e.g. for new products)
      • Follow up on incidents, resolve problems and minimize potential risks
      • Ensure that adequate internal regulation is in place 
      • Set up and implement risk policies and procedures
      • Take part in the global strategy by actively participating in internal projects
      • Monitor and improve the Business Continuity procedures
      • Continuously enhance the internal control and the risk management frameworks
      • Support the internal and external audit as well as compliance on risk management issues
      • Train staff in risk management matters


    Key Requirements​

      • University degree in either law, finance, economics or management
      • 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function
      • Strong knowledge in IT and cloud computing will be considered as an asset
      • Proficient understanding of financial markets 
      • Extensive knowledge of risk measurement systems and concepts
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with middle and senior management
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French; any additional language will be considered as an asset
      • Exceptional ability to think innovatively and excellent problem solving skills
      • Excellent organization and time-management skills
      • Team-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities​

      • Write content for external communication channels including web, brochures, fact sheets, client announcements, press releases and social media posts
      • Proofread and rework content prepared by other departments
      • Perform research on diverse topics related to capital markets and sustainable finance, and prepare talking points 
      • Plan, write, coordinate and produce newsletters for external audiences
      • Draft, format and send out announcements for internal communications
      • Bring creative communication ideas to drive reach and impact
      • Analyse, plan and coordinate traditional media campaigns
      • Press relations
      • Build, manage and deliver specific internal or external communication campaigns


    Profile​

      • Minimum BAC +3
      • Minimum 3 years of experience from journalism, communication or marketing
      • Knowledge of the financial sector, capital markets or sustainable finance would be considered an important asset
      • Excellent level of English, fluent French would be considered an asset
      • Engaging and compelling writing style, mastering different formats and channels
      • Passionate about corporate communication and digital marketing, aware of new trends
      • Organised and structured, with an advanced ability to multitask
      • Stress resistant, resilient, dynamic and creative, with an open mind-set

    Business Intelligence Developer
    Permanent contract (M/F)

    Tasks/missions​

      • Responsible for Data model design methodology 
      • Developing, maintaining, publishing and scheduling visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop as per the business requirements
      • Implementation and maintenance of SSIS data flow
      • Implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI in Azure
      • Integrate Power BI reports into other applications
      • Migrate Tableau software dashboard and SSRS reports to Power BI
      • Understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources.


    Profile​

      • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field with 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar position
      • Experience with Power BI Embedded
      • Good knowledge of SSRS and SSIS development and Azure data factory 
      • Knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis
      • Knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL server data warehouse, Visual Studio
      • Knowledge of Tableau software which will be migrated
      • Knowledge on data warehouse modeling and architecture
      • Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports
      • Strong ability to research, comprehend, analyze and present information
      • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
      • Excellent oral and written skills in both English and French. Other languages will be considered as an asset.

    Business Development Manager

    Tasks/missions​

      • Overall responsibility for commercialization of LGX products suite
      • Prospect into "white space" using different channels (phone, digital, face to face) and develop customer target lists
      • Structure, negotiate and close deals, initially with the support from senior management
      • Proactively identify pipeline opportunities, including cross-selling with other LuxSE Group products, with the support of the account managers and sales colleagues
      • Maintain accurate forecasting discipline and regular sales stage pipeline management
      • Provide insights and share LuxSE / LGX thought leadership with customers and prospects


    Key requirements​

      • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management or commercial management
      • Over 5 years of experience, with proposition sale expertise
      • Good understanding of financial markets and customers' business model workflow
      • Expertise in sustainable finance is an asset
      • Proven successful track record in selling of financial products or services in a quota bearing sales environment
      • World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition / consultative selling) as a "hunter"
      • Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills
      • Strong sales "closer", with "can-do" attitude
      • Ability to organize and execute a sales plan
      • Demonstrate good communication, presentation (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
      • Excellent client interfacing and customer-focused approach
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French (any other languages would be an advantage)
