    Finance Officer (M/F

    We are looking for a competent and proactive individual with an appetite to learn and grow within our Finance department.

    Tasks/missions

    • Issue invoices for a various range of products/services

    •  Review payments received and monitor accounts receivables evolution

    •  Ensure prompt and qualitative feedback on daily requests from clients: services, invoicing principles, payments, etc.

    • Perform and document checks to ensure accuracy of the turnover and full record

    • Assist with coordination and processes documentation on transversal projects

    • Contribute to KPIs analysis and improvement to enhance existing business/financial reporting

    • Contribute to revenue management: planning, forecast and budget preparation/monitoring

    • Participate actively to ongoing efforts on process and client experience optimization

     

    Profile

    • Degree in Finance with a good knowledge in accounting

    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills

    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and French

    •  Highly motivated and flexible team player committed to deliver results within short deadlines

    • Ability to prioritise and able to work under pressure

    • Ability to research, analyse and present information in a clear and efficient manner

    Cloud Engineer

    Permanent contract (M/F)


    We are seeking a talented cloud engineer who will be responsible for solving problems and building automation at global scale.
    The position requires a hands-on technical engineer with a solid IT background who consistently keeps up-to-date with advancements of the field.

    Your responsibilities includ

    • Building scripts, tooling, and automation that perform well and are safe for large-scale computing environments
    • Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing virtualized and cloud based production system, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of productions systems
    • System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
    • Building, releasing and configuration management of production systems
    • Migration of applications from on premise data centers to cloud service providers
    • Working in close relation with architecture and development teams
     

    Key skills

    • Master degree in computer science with 4 years experience in similar position
    • Design & deploy cloud platform capabilities using Azure (full stack – network, load balancing, DNS, security, databases)
    • Strong knowledge of development of systems management and administration automation in Powershell, Bash/Shell or Java
    • Good DevOps knowledge linked with cloud computing using DevOps tools like Jenkins, Nexus, Git, etc
    • Experience in performance engineering, capacity management, logging or monitoring services and infrastructure
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills under high pressure 
    • Working knowledge of SQL and database administration
    • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile software development, project management methodologies
      - Experience building or operating high security environments (24x7)
    • Professional commitment to high quality and a passion for learning new skills
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
    • Fluent in English and French or German

    Tasks/mission

    • Assess, review and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure LuxSE Group is compliant with laws and regulations
    • Ensure compliance watch, update and amend internal policies and procedures accordingly
    • Provide guidance and support to the teams on any compliance implementation related matters
    • Identify, analyse and measure potential non-compliance and reputation risks due to new activities or new products of LuxSE Group
    • Design and deliver a compliance training programme to our employees and raise awareness of compliance related matters
    • Monitor and ensure compliance rules are followed
    • Report regularly on activities progress and risk mapping
     

    Key requirements

    • Master degree in law with a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position
    • Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg’s finance sector regulation as well as the legal and compliance environment in Luxembourg in particular MAR and MIFIDII.
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Ability to research, comprehend, analyse, and present information
    • Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach
    • Accurate, reliable and discrete
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French. Other languages would be considered as an asset
