    Junior Business Analyst

    Permanent contract (F/M) 


    Tasks/Missions 

    Throughout your mission, you will get the opportunity to support the Business Analysis team in the day-to-day work tasks.

    • Be in charge of day-to-day dashboard production and ad-hoc requests
    • Support BA team to centralize and rationalize existing reports
    • Assess internal clients’ needs and participate in the implementation of self-servicing web-based dashboards
    • Contribute to KPIs analysis & improvement to enhance existing business/financial reporting
    • Assist with the process’s documentation with regards to transversal projects where the contribution of the team is required
    • Testing and implementation follow-up on IT-related projects


    Profile
    • Master’s degree in relevant subject matter
    • Maximum 2 years of work experience
    • Accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable
    • Highly motivated, flexible with a team-spirit mindset
    • Well organised and able to prioritize and tackle multiple tasks
    • Ability to research, analyse and present information
    • Very good communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
    • Advanced MS Excel skills is a plus
    • Any knowledge in a data visualization tool would be considered as an advantage

    Tasks/Missions 

    Work autonomously and in collaboration with the LGX Data Lead on the following:

    • Analyzing the eligibility of bonds and funds to the LGX platform
    • Screening and collecting sustainable bond data
    • ​Monitoring post-issuance reporting for sustainable bonds
    • Participating in the development of new and existing LGX products
    • Contributing to research on trends and developments in sustainable finance

    Profile
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • At least one relevant professional experience in finance or sustainability
    • Proficiency in English and French

    Tasks/Missions 

    Act autonomously and in collaboration with other LGX team members and management on the following:

    • Design training material for diverse kind of audiences in the field of sustainable finance
    • Deliver training sessions on different sustainable finance subjects
    • ​Develop the existing content of LGX Academy taking up innovative approaches
    • Contribute to LGX Academy organisation and development including but not limited to administrative tasks, LGX Academy digital platform, etc
    • Follow up and contribute to different partnerships of LGX Academy
    • Promoting LGX internally and externally

    Profile
    • BAC+3 minimum in finance, business management or economics
    • From 5 years to 10 years of professional experience (preferably in financial sector) with at least one relevant professional experience in sustainable finance (funds, capital markets, banking, etc)
    • Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak and present in front of an audience
    • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
    • Good communication skills in French and English (German and/or Luxembourgish would be an advantage)
    • Team-oriented and independent
    • Accurate, detail-oriented and reliable
    • Excellent knowledge of PPT, Word and Excel.

    Tasks/Missions 

    Support the team in the following tasks:

      • Management of contracts and controls of electrical, HVAC installations, safety and alarms’ systems
      • Technical preparation for offers for external suppliers and the analysis of the responses received
      • Ongoing improvement of procedures and the management of stocks and inventories
      • Management of massive and specific printing
      • Participation in the relocation and redevelopment of office spaces
      • Participation in the organization of different events in collaboration with our communication department
      • Management of different systems of video conferencing and technical equipment in meeting rooms 


      Profile

        • BTS, DUT, Bachelor’s degree or a Technical Engineering degree with specialization in electrical and HVAC field.
        • At least a first experience with a good technical knowledge in the HVAC field
        • Self-motivated, creative, organized, and flexible
        • Analytical, Problem solving and can-do attitude
        • IT literate with MS Office applications
        • Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish or other languages would be considered as an asset
