    Prospectus Approval Officer
    Permanent contract (M/F)
     

    Tasks/missions​

      • Handling requests for the admission to trading of securities
      • Managing the approval of prospectuses in relation to issuers or financial products
      • Performing the analysis of prospectuses
      • Conduct compliance checks according to the Rules and Regulations of the LuxSE or the Prospectus Act


    Profile​

      • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter
      • A deep understanding of financial instruments and capital markets
      • Outstanding interpersonal skills
      • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
      • Team player with the ability to work independently
      • Organised, rigorous with strong analytical skills
      • Ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. German will be considered as an asset

    Regulatory Officer – Capital Markets
    Permanent contract (M/F)
     

    Tasks/missions​

      • 1. Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues linked to capital markets (including MiFID II/R, Market Abuse Regulation, Prospectus Regulation, Transparency Directive, Benchmarks Regulation, Central Securities Depositories Regulation, Sustainable and Digital Finance new frameworks, along with related implemented acts at the European and national level)
      • 2. Follow developments in the international and domestic legal framework to anticipate changes impacting LuxSE activities
      • 3. Provide advice regarding capital markets topics related to domestic, European and international legislation
      • 4. Advise and support in developing new services and products in line with applicable law and regulations
      • 5. Advise operational teams on capital markets related legal and regulatory issues
      • 6. Support the Head of Regulatory Affairs to maintain a proactive dialogue with local, European and international Authorities 
      • 7. Represent LuxSE in local, European and international peer group meetings on regulatory issues
      • 8. Participate in internal business/project steering committees and working groups
      • 9. Draft and review internal policies and regulations
      • 10. Train staff in capital markets regulations


    Operating Network
    The Regulatory Officer will report to the Head of Regulatory Affairs and will work in close cooperation with the different operational teams, including the Business Development, International Primary Markets and Markets & Surveillance Departments, to ensure regulatory compliance of LuxSE activities and to seek business opportunities.


    Profile​

      • a. University degree or equivalent certification in Law
      • b. At least 3 years’ experience working or consulting in relevant fields of expertise, largely gained in the financial services/capital markets environment, ideally in a law firm or in a consulting firm
      • c. Strong technical knowledge and deep understanding of capital markets regulatory matters (please see topics listed under point 1. above)
      • d. Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and French
      • e. High sense of responsibility, organisation, initiative and problem solving approach
      • f. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    Missions​

      • Creation of pages and maintenance of content on the current company websites 
      • Strong involvement in new website project (creation of pages, layouting etc.)
      • Generate website reports with Google Analytics
      • Improve SEO strategy across company websites
      • Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn ads campaigns
      • Manage of marketing collateral and general marketing queries 
      • Liaise and closely collaborate with other in-house teams including Communications, Business Development and IT 


    Profile​

      • Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Communication or similar
      • Professional experience in a similar function of at least 2 years
      • Good knowledge of a CMS (Oracle, Sitecore, Wordpress, ...)
      • Proficient in the use of the MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Knowledge of the Adobe pack (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat ...)
      • Ability to work with autonomy, rigor and pragmatism
      • Excellent command of English and French, any other language is an asset
      • Solutions-oriented attitude

    Senior Risk Manager
    Permanent contract (M/F)

    We are looking for a competent and proactive individual with an appetite to join a dynamic and growing company.
     

    Tasks/missions​

      • Take part in the monitoring and the updating of risk mapping and cartography (including the follow-up of defined action plans)
      • Conduct second level controls to verify the effectiveness of the risk management system
      • Carry out due diligence and risk assessments (e.g. for new products)
      • Follow up on incidents, resolve problems and minimize potential risks
      • Ensure that adequate internal regulation is in place 
      • Set up and implement risk policies and procedures
      • Take part in the global strategy by actively participating in internal projects
      • Monitor and improve the Business Continuity procedures
      • Continuously enhance the internal control and the risk management frameworks
      • Support the internal and external audit as well as compliance on risk management issues
      • Train staff in risk management matters


    Key Requirements​

      • University degree in either law, finance, economics or management
      • 5 years of relevant experience in a similar function
      • Strong knowledge in IT and cloud computing will be considered as an asset
      • Proficient understanding of financial markets 
      • Extensive knowledge of risk measurement systems and concepts
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with middle and senior management
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French; any additional language will be considered as an asset
      • Exceptional ability to think innovatively and excellent problem solving skills
