  • Junior Business Development Officer (M/F) - Permanent contract

    Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) is the world’s number one venue for the listing of international securities offering a unique full service throughout listing, trading and reporting. In 2016, LuxSE launched the Luxembourg Green Exchange platform (LGX), a multiple award winning initiative, supporting issuers market their green, social and sustainable securities by gener­ating awareness about their projects.

    Tasks/missions

    • Research the market to identify growth opportunities (products/services).
    • Ensure high-quality reporting to the management.
    • Maintain existing client relationships and act as the main contact between client and management.
    • Contribute to develop the LuxSE network of clients and partners with international markets.
    • Work closely with other teams to present proposals and commercial presentations.
    • Structure and develop the client database.
    • Review the administration of client contracts and current LuxSE promotional material.
    • Liaising with departments to ensure effective client follow-up.
    • Coordinate logistics for prospection missions and team’s client meetings.
    • Attend events (forums, conferences…) as business development support.
    • Business trips might be necessary depending on project needs.
    • Support Market Data and data dissemination services.
    • Provide general administrative support where required.


    Key requirements:

    • Degree in business/ economics/ law.
    • 2-3 years professional experience.
    • Highly motivated and flexible team player committed to deliver results within short deadlines.
    • Ability to research, analyse and present information.
    • Use own initiative and work autonomously.
    • Above-average client communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Accurate record-keeping ability.
    • Good competency with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
    • Open to training and expanding their knowledge, skills and methods of working.
    • Ability to prioritise and able to work under pressure.
    • Well organised and able to tackle multiple tasks.
    • Fluent in English and French.

    Tasks/missions

    • Welcome visitors/customers in the best possible way while being warm and professional
    • Proactively manage and ensure the smooth running of the reception and the meeting room area
    • Handle the switchboard and dispatching phone calls accurately
    • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges
    • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
    • Provide administrative support by ordering refreshments for trainings and events
    • Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence


    Profile:

    • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
    • Professional appearance and friendly approach
    • Possess excellent customer service attitude combined with strong interpersonal skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
    • Ability to be proactive, multitask, take initiatives and work under pressure
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, French and German, Luxembourgish is considered as an asset

  • Junior Sustainable Finance Officer (M/F) - Permanent contract

In 2016, LuxSE launched the Luxembourg Green Exchange platform (LGX), a multiple award winning initiative, supporting issuers market their green, social and sustainable securities by gener­ating awareness about their projects.

    Tasks/missions

    • Process applications to the LGX platform and prepare applications for validation by LGX management
    • Monitoring of issuers to capture new green/sustainable issuances in the market through use of tools like Bloomberg, CBI and Environmental Finance databases etc
    • Monitoring of issuers to capture new green/sustainable data published
    • Data collection and input into our platform and contribution to improving published data
    • Follow developments in the area of sustainable finance and complete market research for management and the LGX team
    • Prepare data and short articles for our newsletter/blog
    • Contribute to our preparation for technical working groups by preparing relevant technical reports summarizing key sustainable finance related topics


    Key requirements:

    • Master degree in finance, business management or economics with a specialization in sustainable or environmental finance
    • Preferably previous work experience in sustainability / ESG (environmental, social, governance matters) within a finance, banking or capital markets context
    • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
    • Ability to research, analyse and present information
    • Accurate, detail-oriented and reliable
    • Working well under pressure
    • Team-oriented and independent
    • Good communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)

  • Graphic & Media Officer (M/F) - 12 months fixed term contract

    The Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) is looking for a Graphic & Media Officer (M/F) 12 months fixed term contract 
    to join the Marketing & Communication Team

    Main duties

    • Maintenance and development of the LuxSE website and LuxSE Group intranet
    • Creation of marketing collateral (print and digital) such as brochures, PDF reports, campaigns
    • Provide innovative visual brand and design solutions for all client-facing experiences and strive for continuous user experience improvement
    • Active contributor to ensure visual consistency across all communication channels
    • You will work under the direction of the Senior Marketing Officer

    Minimum requirements

    • Bachelor degree in graphic and web design or equivalent
    • Rock-solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
    • Experienced CMS user (knowledge of the Oracle Webcenter CMS would be an asset)
    • Digital-native, fluent in web-based marketing tools (MailChimp), SEO, data analysis (Google Analytics) and web standards (HTML 5, CSS 3)
    • Proven mastery of typography, color and composition
    • Close collaboration with the communication and in-house web developers team
    • Accurate, detail-oriented and reliable
    • Working well under pressure
    • Able to learn, understand, and apply new Internet technologies

  • Deputy Head of Listing (M/F) - Permanent contract

    Tasks/missions

    • Under the supervision of the Head of Listing, support the entire listing process and monitor issuers’ post-listing compliance obligations
    • Manage the listing files and the approval of prospectuses in a proactive way in compliance with applicable Rules & Regulations, laws and guidelines
    • Manage contacts and relationships with issuers, lead-managers, law firms and listing agents in relation with the listing process
    • Prepare and participate in meetings with clients and their advisors
    • Advise internal operational teams on capital markets issues
    • Keep abreast of capital markets developments and evaluate their potential impact on listing activity
    • Actively participate in and support strategic projects linked to LuxSE primary markets activity
    • Work closely with Legal, Regulatory and Markets & Surveillance departments to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance of LuxSE listing activities

    Profile

    • Master degree in law, economics or finance with a specialisation in capital markets
    • 10+ years’ experience working or consulting in relevant fields of expertise, largely gained in the financial services/ capital markets environment
    • Ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
    • A deep understanding of financial instruments and the functioning of equity/debt capital markets acquired through experience in transaction services, investment banking or legal services
    • Strong technical knowledge and deep understanding of capital markets regulatory matters (MIFID, CSDR, MAR, Prospectus Directive, Transparency Directive)
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and French

    As a Senior Business Project Manager, you will be in charge of driving and supporting the deployment of projects within our strategic initiative portfolio. This role will imply managing and planning multiple high profile and impacting projects involving colleagues from across the organization and external stakeholders.

    Tasks/missions

    • Contribute with senior management to the definition of LuxSE’s overall project strategy
    • Execute and monitor assigned project portfolio by managing scope, time, resources, quality and risk

    Profile

    • Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex business documents
    • Ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope/direction
    • Knowledge of Project Management solutions (PRINCE2, ITIL,Agility,…)
