  • Key responsibilities

    • Update and design of print and web communication materials for LuxSE Group
    • Liaise and collaborate with Marketing and IT teams in-house
    • Maintenance of the content on both the website and the intranet 
    • Creation of a landing page using a CMS
    • Optimisation of the search engine for the website
    • Management of marketing queries via our centralization tool
    • Management of marketing collateral
     

    Key requirements

    Minimum requirements:
    • Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Communication or similar
    • Professional experience in a similar function of at least 3 years
    • Knowledge of the Adobe pack (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat ...)
    • Proficient in the use of the MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Good knowledge of a CMS (Oracle, Wordpress, ...)
    • Ability to work with autonomy, rigor and pragmatism
    • Excellent command of English and French, any other language is an asset
    • Solutions-orientated attitude
    Desired skills:
    • Advanced knowledge in SEO

  • Key responsibilities

    • Exercise the Market Data management at LuxSE
    • Execute the workflow across the complete Market Data chain, from account management, product management, data compliance and operations/reporting
    • Strengthen existing client relationships and build new ones
    • Manage the existing data products, ensure optimal pricing models and communication towards clients
    • Develop new products with stakeholders from other departments to add value to the business
    • Analyse monthly vendor reportings and create dashboards (KPIs)
    • Review current market data processes
    • Participate actively in projects with impacts on Market Data
     

    Key requirements

    • Master in economics or finance
    • At least 5 years’ experience in financial information industry (Market Data Management)
    • A deep understanding of financial instruments and the functioning of capital markets
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Sound client service skills with a proactive approach, and take ownership of issues as they arise
    • Talent to summarize and present work succinctly and accurately
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
    • Team player with the ability to work independently
    • Strong MS office skills are desirable
    • A Financial Information Associate (FIA) certification would be an asset

  • In this position you will

    • Develop, prepare, edit and manage content for both online and print (e.g. speeches, brochures, website,  thought-leadership articles).
    • Edit and proofread content prepared by other departments.
    • Manage the social media presence of the company.

    (6 months)

    Tasks/missions

    Throughout this internship, you will get the opportunity to support the Invoicing & Business Analysis team whilst putting into practice what you have learned during your course.

    • List, analyze business needs and conceptualize comprehensive dashboards with strategic indicators in line with business requirements
    • Assist with the coordination and the processes documentation with regards to transversal projects where the contribution of the team is required
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business intelligence and methodologies
    • Support BA team with the implementation of self-servicing web-based dashboards
    • Contribute to KPIs analysis & improvement to enhance existing business/financial reporting
    • Support BA team to centralize and rationalize existing reports
    • Participate to ongoing efforts on process and client experience optimization
     


    Profile

    • Highly motivated and flexible team player committed to deliver results within short deadlines
    • Well organised and able to prioritize and tackle multiple tasks
