    Executive Management Assistant (M/F)


    As an Executive Management Assistant, you will act as the Executive Board Member’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation.

    Tasks/missions​

    • Assist the Members of the Executive Committee to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial & administrative tasks
    • Liaise with clients, visitors and staff at all level of seniority
    • Organise and maintain diaries and make appointments
    • Receive, prioritise, handle and forward incoming communication to the right person within the organisation
    • Arrange travel, visas and accommodation 


    Profile

    • High School degree, PA diploma or certification 
    • ​5+ years’ experience as Executive Management Assistant
    • Professional appearance with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility 
    • Trust, discretion, organisational talent and confidentiality are essential
    • Ability to be proactive, multitask and take initiatives
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, French is considered as an asset

    Profile 

    We are looking for talented and motivated individuals who
      • Recently graduated or have a first professional experience of one or two years
      • Hold a degree (Bac + 5) in law, economy, finance or management
      • Demonstrate great interpersonal skills, and enjoy team-working
      • Have good writing skills
      • Are fluent in French and English. Luxemburgish and/or German will be considered an asset

    Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for an:

    Intern to support our Sustainable Finance team

    (6 months)

    Tasks/missions

    Support the team in the following tasks:

    • Perform market analysis on financial instruments and carve out relevant ESG metrics
    • Collect data on financial instruments to feed in the development of a green database
    • Prepare weekly/monthly market updates based on information from Bloomberg and various other databases
    • Supporting the sustainable finance team in various daily administrative tasks


    Profile

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in finance or business management ideally with a specialization in sustainable finance 
    • Strong interest in sustainability and energy transition 
    • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks 
    • Ability to research, analyse and present information
    • Accurate, detail-oriented and reliable
    • Team-oriented and able to work independently 
    • Good communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)

    Intern (f/m) to support our CIO Office, in the IT department

    (6 months)

    Tasks/missions

    Support the team to automatize the feed of our internal information system with data from Azure in order to have all the necessary data to be available to follow up the Costs of Azure, to a business service level.

    By doing the following tasks:​

    • Do analysis, based on the needs expressed by the CIO Office Team
    • Adapt an existing data model to be able to store those data
    • Automate data feed in our internal database with Azure’s data by using:
      • - Azure API,
      • - by parsing log,
      • - by using data from CSV or XLSX file…


    Profile

    • Master II Information Technology – on going
    • Able to do requirement analysis
    • Able to develop SQL queries
    • Able to develop in Java, .Net
    • Basic Knowledge of Azure Cloud and API Azure…
