    Our Marketing & Communication department is looking for a:

    Graphic & Web Designer - Permanent contract (M/F)

    Main responsibilities:

      • Shaping and maintaining a coherent brand identity for Luxembourg Stock Exchange
      • Creating outstanding designs for our print materials (brochures, flyers, banners for events) and our website (landing pages, icons, badges, logos), content (illustrations, templates, infographics), and designing engaging visuals (banner for advertising on social networks, presentations)
      • Coming up with innovative design ideas to boost our marketing campaigns efficiency
      • Ensuring brand consistency across all channels
      • Update LuxSE website content

    Minimum requirements:​

      • Bachelor degree in graphic design or equivalent
      • Rock-solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
      • Experienced CMS user (knowledge of the Oracle Webcenter CMS or Sitecore would be an asset)
      • Knowledge in web-based marketing tools (MailChimp) and web standards (HTML/CSS)
      • Proven mastery of typography, color and composition
      • Close collaboration with the communication and in-house web developers team
      • Creative, self-motivated, well-organized and work well under pressure
      • Accurate, detail-oriented and reliable
      • Able to learn, understand, and apply new Internet technologies
      • Team-oriented and independent
      • Good communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)

    Desired skills:​

      • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks
      • Agency or financial services experience is a plus
      • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
      • Good knowledge of user experience best practices
      • Able to create and use a new user interface KIT with Figma
      • Create animations with After effects from the storyboard to the final video

    Tasks/missions

    Business Project Manager responsibilities:

      • Drive identification of functional and IT requirements across business units
      • Define tasks and resources requirements
      • Manage the project resource plan, planning and budget
      • Manage project issues, risks and actions
      • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve both functional and IT issues
      • Contribute to and track project deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards
      • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
      • Assist decisions and change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
      • Ensure and facilitate change management by developing culture of change, user manuals, training materials and other documents and actions as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system/solution to the clients
      • Identify and develop new opportunities
      • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
      • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify key successful and unsuccessful project factors


      Profile

      • Master in economics, finance or IT
      • At least 5 years’ experience in project management (including IT aspects) in financial information industry
      • In-depth knowledge of project management
      • A deep understanding of financial instruments and capital markets
      • Ability to analyse business and technical information in order to solve issues and translate business needs into IT and technical specifications
      • A deep understanding of financial instruments and capital markets
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French with excellent interpersonal skills
      • Sound client service skills with a proactive approach, ability to take ownership of issues as they arise
      • Talent to summarize and present work succinctly and accurately
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
      • Team player with the ability to work independently
      • Strong MS office skills are essential
      • Any project or program management certification and IT technical skills will be considered as an asset

    AML/KYC Analyst - CDD (One Year - M/F)

    In a dynamic and growing company, your role will entail

    • Analyze and review KYC documents of new clients during the client acceptance process;
    • Review KYC files of the existing clients during the process of on-going due diligence;
    • Assist with and provide expert advice according to legal and compliance requirements;
    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns or questions on AML compliance matters;
    • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and business practices, contributing to the development and implementation of an effective AML program;
    • Manage complex AML regulatory issues in collaboration with the Compliance Officer
    • Assist the Compliance Officer in the follow-up of regulatory requirements regarding AML.

    Key requirements

    • At least one year of work experience in AML/KYC or compliance;
    • University degree in a relevant subject matter;
    • Knowledge of Luxembourg’s finance sector regulation as well as the legal and compliance environment in Luxembourg in particular MAR and MIFID II;
    • Strong knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulations;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • A risk averse, results oriented and pragmatic attitude;
    • Ability to perform research, comprehend, analyse and present information;
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French. Other languages would be considered as an asset.

    Throughout this internship, you will get the opportunity to support the Invoicing & Business Analysis team whilst putting into practice what you have learned during your course.

    • List, analyze business needs and conceptualize comprehensive dashboards with strategic indicators in line with business requirements
    • Assist with the coordination and the processes documentation with regards to transversal projects where the contribution of the team is required
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business intelligence and methodologies
    • Support BA team with the implementation of self-servicing web-based dashboards
    • Contribute to KPIs analysis & improvement to enhance existing business/financial reporting
    • Support BA team to centralize and rationalize existing reports
