No, documents will not be stored on the blockchain. The OAM is generating an electronic signature of the document and only the signature, document type and document URL are stored in the blockchain. The document is stored by the secure servers of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and can be accessed by the document URL.
It is impossible to derive the original document using the electronic signature embedded in the blockchain. The digital signature is by design a one-way function, a function which is impossible to invert.
The issuer, having filed the document, keeps the original electronic file of the document together with the emailed certificate. This digital certificate may be used by the issuer as proof of filing in the future by locating and referring to the appropriate transaction within the publicly available blockchain public ledger.
There are currently various online services that provide easy access to the publicly available blockchain (some examples are etherchain.org, etherscan.io, ether.camp). Direct links to these services will be included within the pdf certificate emailed to the issuer after the digital confirmation.
After the issuer has finalized his filing procedure the document is registered immediately but it normally takes 15 minutes for the blockchain posting to be confirmed (two confirmations are considered adequate).

This text represents the digital signature of the document:
In our case the signature in SHA256 is: @DC65174E7BB70D08EEF23413EF9CB0AD2196C39168177AAF58009DCB1E74ACCB<: (Ignore first character “@” and last character “:”) Signature in SHA256 is:
DC65174E7BB70D08EEF23413EF9CB0AD2196C39168177AAF58009DCB1E74ACCB This URL is the link to our document in the OAM storage:
To access the document, copy and paste the URL in your browser and the document will open. You can verify that the provided link is the same as the document you accessed through OAM. This text represents the document type:
To verify the digital signature follow these steps: You will calculate the digital signature of your retrieved document from the OAM or your original document and verify that this signature is the same as the signature of the document stored in the blockchain. The fact that both signatures are the same proves that the accessed document has been published by the OAM and has not been altered since the publication.
The signature of the document included on Ethereum Blockchain is a SHA-256 type signature. By using a tool like https://md5file.com/calculator you can generate the SHA-256 signature.
The calculated SHA-256 signature of our document:
The SHA-256 signature of our document on Ethereum blockchain is the same.
This proves that the same document stored on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange OAM, in other words the original document, (26/09/2016 8:27 UTC+2) has been registered by Luxembourg Stock Exchange on the Ethereum blockchain the “Sep-26-2016 06:27:43 AM +UTC”.
