Pursuant to the Law of 13 July 2007 on markets in financial instruments, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange makes public the following information:
- The ownership of the regulated market and the market operator itself, and in particular the identity and scale of interests of any parties in a position to exercise significant influence over the management of the regulated market (see the “Main Shareholders” heading).
- Any transfer of ownership which gives rise to a change in the identity of the persons exercising significant influence over the management of the regulated market (see the “Shareholding Notices” heading).
