The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is a major listing centre of international bonds, equities and investment funds. It has developed a modern trading platform for its members.

History

The Luxembourg Stock Exchange was created in 1927.
Since it was launched, it had developed a specific know-how in the listing of and trading in securities from a wide range of regions.

In 2009, the Luxembourg Stock exchange migrated its securities to the NYSE Euronext UTP platform.

Organization

The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is managed by a Board of directors appointed by the general meeting of the company's shareholders. It is composed by three governing bodies. The organization of the Stock Exchange is based on its two main activities, the listing of and trading in securities.
