| Client Relationship Management
 The Luxembourg Stock Exchange provides its member firms with a wide range of electronic data products. Based on the evolution of these products, a Client Relationship Management has been set up. It provides technical and functional support to the member firms and all customers of the Stock Exchange.
The following products are offered:  | The SAGE application is used for admission to trading;
| | The Finesti application is used for distribution data on undertakings for collective investment;
| | The DIFF application which is used to disseminate market-related data among Luxembourg and foreign media and among the major data vendors;
| | The DECL application is used for reporting securities trades to the CSSF.

| | and to train the users to perform their routine tasks.
| | | Assistance can be given for the technical aspects with the support of our IT teams, and for the functional aspects which can be dealt with promptly and directly by the Client Relationship Management.
