General presentation

The Luxembourg Stock Exchange provides issuers (or their representatives) with a service aimed at enabling them to file documents containing “Regulated Information”. These documents are intended to be centrally archived and are accessible to the public on the Stock Exchange internet portal. This central document storage service is a regulated activity.

Regulatory framework

Issuers whose transferable securities are traded on a regulated market and are within the competence of the Luxembourg supervisor, the CSSF are subject to certain obligations to provide information.

Consultation

Consultation and downloads of filed regulated information are available and free of charge.

Filing

In order to register for the OAM service and file regulated information, filing entities (or their representatives) must have signed a contract with the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in advance.
